Four precision processes. Every part cut, formed, and fabricated to spec.
Livarx combines laser cutting, water jet cutting, CNC press brake forming, and full metal fabrication processes under one contract. Every process is quality controlled in-house — locally performed with no scheduling gaps. We own the result from raw material to finished part.
Livarx runs the Mitsubishi ML3015GX-F60 — a 6,000W fiber laser capable of cutting sheet stock up to 60" × 120" at speeds up to 11,800 IPM with positioning accuracy to ±0.001". Clean, burr-free edges on steel, aluminum, stainless, brass, and titanium. No tooling required — just your DXF file.
Livarx runs the Flow International Mach 500 — one of the most advanced abrasive water jet platforms available. Operating at up to 94,000 PSI, the Mach 500 cuts virtually any material up to 6" thick with zero heat-affected zone. Dynamic XD cutting head technology compensates for taper and jet lag in real time, delivering edge quality and accuracy that rivals machined parts. Ideal for heat-sensitive alloys, composites, hardened steel, and thick plate where thermal distortion is not an option.
Livarx runs the Durma AD-S 30175 — a 175-ton, 10-foot CNC press brake with a Delem DA-66T touchscreen controller and 4-axis CNC back gauge. The DA-66T provides 3D bend simulation and automatic bend sequence optimization, eliminating setup guesswork and reducing first-article time. With 200mm stroke and 425mm open height, the machine handles deep box forms, large flanges, and complex multi-bend profiles on mild steel up to 1/2", stainless up to 3/8", and aluminum up to 5/8". CNC-controlled bend sequences deliver consistent angular tolerances across every part in the run — from prototype through full production.
Livarx owns the process and the result — combining cutting, CNC forming, MIG/TIG welding, and surface finishing into a single streamlined workflow. One timeline, one contact, parts that ship to spec.
